The storyline features a "strangely attired woman named Ada" who assigns the pair with journeying into the Crystal Cave—a significant location from Attack on Titan—to liberate her companion from a clandestine group.

The questline centers on "strange experiments and a fearsome adversary" and is available to all players who have gained access to the Yasuke character.

The trailer features the Subterranean Sanctuary from Attack on Titan redesigned as the Crystal Cave. This significant location was earlier where the Reiss royal family passed down the Founding Titan ability through eras. The teaser concludes with a dramatic scene showing a character, presumably the captive, changing into a Titan that towers over Naoe and Yasuke.
