Tehran Declares It May Return to US Nuclear Negotiations provided that Handled with 'Dignity' and 'Respect'

Iran is prepared to reinitiate atomic negotiations with the United States provided that it is treated with "respect" and "respect", Iran's top diplomat has announced.
